Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the pillow back in its original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned pillow, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
